SBP Kredit AB (publ) (the “Company” or “SBP Kredit”) announced on 29 May 2026 that it will redeem in full all of its outstanding up to SEK 1,000,000,000 Secured Green Participating Debentures (Series B Fund Units) with ISIN SE0018015505 (the “Debentures”) in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Debentures (the “Early Redemption”).
The Early Redemption was conditional upon the successful completion of the Company’s issuance of new secured loan notes in an amount of SEK 750,000,000 under a total framework of SEK 3,000,000,000 as announced by the Company through a press release on 26 May 2026 (the “New Issuance”). The issue date for the New Issuance has occurred today and the conditions for the Early Redemption have therefore been fulfilled. The Early Redemption is therefore no longer conditional and will consequently occur on 25 June 2026. The redemption price together with accrued but unpaid interest up to and including 25 June 2026 will be paid to each person who is registered as a holder of Debentures in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB at the end of business on the record date 17 June 2026.
