SBP Kredit AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of secured loan notes on Nordic AIF

SBP Kredit AB (publ) (the “Company” or “SBP Kredit”) issued on 3 June 2026 secured loan notes in an amount of SEK 750,000,000 under a framework of SEK 3,000,000,000 (the “Loan Notes”). The Loan Notes have a maturity date of 3 June 2030 and carry a floating rate of interest of 3 months STIBOR plus 350 basis points per annum.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions for the Loan Notes, SBP Kredit has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the Loan Notes on the Nordic AIF list at Nordic Growth Market. SBP Kredit has therefore prepared a listing prospectus which has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The prospectus is available on SBP Kredit’s website www.sbpkredit.se and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se. The Company will submit an application for admission to trading and the first day of trading in the Loan Notes is expected to be 10 July 2026.
