SBP Kredit AB (publ) issues new secured loan notes of SEK 750 million

SBP Kredit AB (publ) (the ”Company”) has issued new secured loan notes (ISIN: SE0029026095) of SEK 750,000,000 under a total framework of SEK 3,000,000,000 (the “New Loan Notes”). The New Loan Notes have a tenor of 4.0 years with final maturity in June 2030 and carry an interest rate of 3 months STIBOR plus 350 basis points. The Company intends to apply for admission to trading of the New Loan Notes on the AIF list of Nordic Growth Market. The issue date for the New Loan Notes is expected to be 3 June 2026.

The issuance generated strong demand from a broad base of institutional investors, both in Sweden and internationally. “We are very proud to once again earn the confidence of the credit market. In this third issuance, we have not only received continued support from existing investors but have also welcomed a number of new, highly reputable credit investors,” says Matts Kastengren, CEO of SBP Kredit.

DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and Nordea Bank Abp have acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the issue of the New Loan Notes. Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå has acted as legal counsel.
